By submitting a rental application, you agree to these requirements and the terms of our rental agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions about our requirements or policies.
6 Month Minimum Term
All rental agreements require a minimum commitment of 6 months. After the initial 6 months, your agreement will convert to a month-to-month arrangement.

All payments must be made via debit or credit card. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All rentals require a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial 6 months, your agreement converts to a flexible month-to-month arrangement — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.

A washer and dryer set rents for just $69/month. A washer only or dryer only is $45/month. Every rental includes free delivery, professional installation, and all maintenance and repairs at no extra cost. There are no hidden fees.
Is there a Contract?
No! The first month's rent IS your down payment. Simply fill out the form, we will send over a contract and deliver your appliances.
Do I get to choose appliances?
No. Our appliances are on a rotating basis, therefore we cannot guarantee what brand you will receive. What we will guarantee is that you will receive appliance(s) that function and work great. If they break down for any reason, we will repair or replace ASAP. Typically within 3 business days.
When are my rental payments due?
After delivery, you agree to pay the monthly rate amount on or before the same day of each subsequent calendar month for as long as you rent the equipment from APPLIANCE RENTAL MT and until the equipment is returned to APPLIANCE RENTAL MT. For example, if your equipment was delivered on the 10th day of the month, your monthly rate payment will be due thereafter on the 10th day of each successive calendar month until the lease is terminated and APPLIANCE RENTAL MT has picked up the equipment.
